Job Description: Senior Quality Analyst (Sales QA)

Role Overview,

We are seeking a Senior Quality Analyst (Sales QA) to drive quality assurance across sales processes , generate actionable insights , and leverage AI-driven audit mechanisms to enhance performance and customer experience. This role requires strong expertise in sales QA within Insurance or BFSI domains , combined with advanced skills in AI tools and prompt writing .

Key Responsibilities,
Sales Process Auditing : Conduct end-to-end audits of sales interactions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
AI-Driven Quality Assurance : Utilize generative AI tools for automated audits, prompt writing, and performance evaluations.
Actionable Insights : Analyze sales data and customer interactions to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Performance Enhancement : Recommend process improvements to boost sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Compliance Monitoring : Ensure adherence to BFSI/Insurance industry standards and internal policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with sales leaders, trainers, and managers to implement quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills Experience Sales QA Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in QA for Sales (mandatory) , preferably in Insurance or BFSI domains.

AI Tools Expertise : Hands-on experience with prompt writing and generative AI tools for audits and reporting.
Analytical Skills : Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities.
Communication Skills : Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Educational Qualification : Graduation is mandatory.

Compensation Work Environment

Salary : Up to 5.75 LPA * Work Schedule : 5 days working, rotational shifts and rotational week offs * Location : Indore
