Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team on-site in Vishakhapatnam. The role involves driving sales by building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing tailored interior solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, presenting the HomeLane value proposition to clients, closing sales deals, and meeting revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive in client engagement, negotiation, and maintaining satisfaction to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Sales and customer engagement skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of the interior design or home furnishing industry is an advantage
Proficiency in communication and presentation to effectively convey solutions and value to clients
Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify customer needs and tailor offerings accordingly
Ability to manage time effectively, meet targets, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field
