🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals
• Drive business growth through effective sales strategies
• Monitor sales funnel, conversions, and team performance metrics
• Conduct regular training, reviews, and motivational sessions
• Ensure smooth lead management and CRM hygiene
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for operational excellence
• Analyze sales data and improve team productivity
• Build a strong performance-driven sales culture

🔹 Requirements
✅ 6+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development
✅ Minimum 3 years of team handling experience mandatory
✅ Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
✅ EdTech/B2C sales experience preferred
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
