Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are seeking a results-driven Technical Delivery Manager / Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies to drive end-to-end delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical capabilities with strong stakeholder and delivery management skills. Based on available bandwidth, candidate is also expected to contribute in other areas than .NET technologies.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of .NET based application. Good to have additional skill like Java or manual/automation testing or Python or DevOps.
Proficient in working with business, client and other feature teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
Designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications.
Should be able to identify and manage risks and dependencies.
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using .NET and related technologies.
Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components; and manage interactions with third-party services and APIs.
Proven problem solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to work equally with business and technology partners.
Should have good experience with stakeholder management.
Should have worked in Agile development environment and experience with Agile frameworks like SAFe and Scrum
