Work arrangements may evolve based on future business needs What you’ll do Work with a team of engineers to deliver feature set that are crucial to Revenue growth. Be a part of a world class global organization. Design and develop comprehensive automation test scripts and frameworks for our constantly updating A/B testing and personalization workflows. Collaborate with centralized testing team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline. Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them. Mentor QA engineers to deliver better QA coverage and results. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. 8+ years of relevant experience in QA and automation dev. Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them. Experience writing exceptional test cases in JIRA, Cucumber etc. Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Experience with setting up test automation with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, React, Java Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a collaborative perspective. Experience in Using generative AI for test case generation and execution Ways to stand out from the crowd QA automation for testing in the eCommerce domain. Test automation integration with CI/CD. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
