We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust. • Provides advice to managers, regarding the same employment matters related to Randstad talent, contractors and consultants deployed at client locations on policies and procedures and supports investigations. • Leads the implementation of ER policies and guidelines per the government mandated guidelines and compliance requirements • Identifies gaps, and contributes to improvements in ER processes, tools, and practices. • Assists in communications between employees and supervisors, explaining and clarifying policies, procedures and employment law. • Supports training and development programs for the teams • Drives the implementation of employee engagement strategy • Designs induction and orientation programs for new hires. • Ensures employee database is updated regularly with employee details (as applicable), in compliance with the regulations Grade Descriptor • Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines • Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers • Performs a range of assignments related to discipline • Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; may provide informal guidance to new team members • Impacts quality and effectiveness of own team and may impact other closely related work teams whose activities are interdependent • Explains factual, sometimes complex and potentially dynamic information to others in straightforward situations.
