Senior Specialist, IT Development

We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust. • Collaborates with IT Architecture, IT Functional & Process Designers and IT Business Partners to understand requirements and translates them into comprehensive design specifications, under supervision of more senior team members • Actively contributes to the implementation of standards, methods, features and logic for software with small impact on business operations, ensuring alignment with business strategies and specifications • Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process in projects with moderate complexity under supervision • Implements moderately complex code following best practices and coding guidelines, collaborating with team members to ensure consistency and quality • Fulfills proper documentation of software design and work with IT Functional & Process Designers to design and implement solution to meet architecture standards • Executes the defined development roadmap • Contributes to a development culture that fosters innovation and creativity while delivering high quality products with predictability and reliability Grade Descriptor • Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines • Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers • Performs a range of assignments related to discipline • Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; may provide informal guidance to new team members • Impacts quality and effectiveness of own team and may impact other closely related work teams whose activities are interdependent • Explains factual, sometimes complex and potentially dynamic information to others in straightforward situations.
