We are actively seeking highly experienced Statistical Programmers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with deep domain expertise in clinical trial programming, particularly within Oncology and Immunology studies.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and validate ADaM datasets and TFLs (Tables, Figures, Listings) in compliance with CDISC standards
Lead programming activities for efficacy ADaMs, including:
ADTTE datasets for PFS (Progression-Free Survival)
OS (Overall Survival)
DOR (Duration of Response)
BOR (Best Overall Response)
ORR (Overall Response Rate)
Kaplan-Meier (KM), Waterfall plots, Forest plots
Collaborate with statisticians, data managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
✅ Required Qualifications:
✅ 10+ years of experience in Statistical Programming within clinical trials
✅ Strong expertise in ADaM and TFL programming
✅ Proven experience in Oncology/Immunology studies
✅ Minimum 2 years of lead/mentorship experience
✅ At least 1 year of hands-on R programming experience
✅ Strong knowledge of CDISC standards and regulatory requirements
⭐ Preferred:
Experience supporting Phase II and Phase III clinical trials
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
