Senior UX Designer / UX Architect (12–15 Years Exp)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior UX Designer / UX Architect with 12–15 years of experience in designing modern B2B digital applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in UX strategy, design systems, branding alignment, and front-end implementation awareness, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, marketing, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in UX/UI design, with strong exposure to B2B applications and enterprise products.
Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Strong understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and conversion-focused UX.
Hands-on experience with:
Next.js
JavaScript / modern front-end ecosystems
Tailwind CSS
shadcn/ui
Ability to translate UX concepts into front-end-ready reusable components.
Strong understanding of responsive design and fluid interfaces.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and UX accessibility guidelines (WCAG compliance preferred).
