Job Description – ServiceNow FSO Disputes Management Developer
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow FSO Banking Disputes Management. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSO Banking Disputes Management implementations and excellent communication skills to work directly with customers.
Tier 1 – Preferred / Priority Skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSO Banking Disputes Management implementation
Strong understanding of the FSO data model, including:
Financial Accounts
Financial Transactions
Case Types
Service Definitions
Experience configuring Dispute Agent Workspace
Experience with Visa VROL or Mastercam integration
Knowledge of Reg E / Reg Z workflows
Strong ServiceNow development fundamentals:
JavaScript
Glide APIs
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
Excellent customer-facing communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
CIS-FSO
CIS-CSM
CAD
Tier 2 – Secondary Preference
Hands-on experience with any FSO module (Banking, Wealth, or Insurance)
Strong understanding of the FSO data model
Good ServiceNow development fundamentals
Open to learning and being trained on Disputes Management
