We at Coforge are seeking for a skilled ServiceNow CSM / FSO Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering industry best practices and working closely with clients to implement solutions across Customer Service Management (CSM) and Financial Services Operations (FSO) modules.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow implementations along with the ability to drive workshops, solution design, and end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in ServiceNow implementation projects across all phases: discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment
Deliver technical solutions and architecture for CSM and FSO modules
Conduct technical workshops with stakeholders (Data Model, Tables, Requirements, etc.)
Gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Create effort estimations, project artifacts, and documentation
Collaborate with functional and technical teams during sprint planning and design sessions
Engage with stakeholders through joint design discussions and solution reviews
Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Develop use-case demos and workflows for different industry scenarios
Support end-to-end ServiceNow deployment and configuration

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of overall experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM and/or FSO modules
Strong expertise in:
ServiceNow architecture & configuration
Data model, tables, and workflows
Requirement gathering and documentation
Experience in conducting client-facing workshops
Ability to create effort estimates and solution designs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Good to Have
Experience with FSO Disputes Management
Background in Banking / Financial Services domain
ServiceNow CIS – CSM Certification
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
