Role Summary
We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to support and maintain the Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding, and Employee Central (EC) modules of SAP SuccessFactors environment.
The role requires hands-on configuration, system support, testing, and data management across the employee hire-to-onboard lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Management (RCM)
Configure and support job requisitions, application templates, and candidate profiles
Maintain recruiting workflows, route maps, and status sets
Support offer management and approval processes
Troubleshoot issues related to permissions, workflows, and data visibility
Onboarding (ONB)
Support onboarding processes including new hire activities and task configuration
Maintain onboarding workflows, roles, and business rules
Ensure accurate data flow from RCM to Onboarding and Employee Central
Troubleshoot onboarding task failures and data synchronization issues
Employee Central (EC)
Configure and maintain Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Event Reasons, workflows, and business rules
Support employee lifecycle events such as hire, transfer, job changes, termination, and rehire
Maintain Corporate and Country-Specific Data Models
Perform employee data imports and mass data updates
Security & Permissions
Maintain and troubleshoot Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Manage permission groups and target populations
Support access reviews and audit requirements
Data Management, Testing & Support
Support data imports, picklists, and data validations across RCM, ONB, and EC
Execute unit testing, regression testing, and UAT support activities
Assist during SAP SuccessFactors bi-annual releases and preview validations
Provide L1 production support and maintain issue documentation
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Practical exposure to RCM, Onboarding, and Employee Central in a live environment
Strong understanding of the Recruit-to-Hire-to-Onboard process
Experience working in the SAP SuccessFactors Admin Centre
Knowledge of business rules, workflows, and data models
Basic understanding of XML and data imports
Strong Excel and data validation skills
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Engineering, or a related discipline
SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification (RCM or EC) is mandatory

Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
