Role Overview

A senior leadership hire to drive enterprise-grade CRM and campaign execution on SFMC. The role

combines people leadership, client ownership, and deep platform expertise to build scalable, high-

impact CRM programs for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery for SFMC clients: scoping → planning → execution → deployment →

reporting

Lead and manage a team of SFMC developers, campaign managers, and CRM specialists
Ensure high-quality execution across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and

integrations

Partner with Content, Design, Production, and Analytics teams for seamless delivery
Serve as the senior client contact for all SFMC engagements
Drive best practices, documentation, and process standardization within the practice
Monitor campaign performance and guide optimization strategies
Support solution design and effort estimation during client onboarding and renewals

Must-Have Skills & Experience

7+ years in CRM / Email Marketing / Marketing Automation
Strong hands-on AND leadership experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
SFMC Certification - MANDATORY, no exceptions
Experience managing teams and complex, multi-journey CRM programs
Strong analytical mindset - campaign reporting and actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Must be comfortable working European shift hours with flexibility across shifts
