1. Pre-Employment Screening - Background Verification checks process 

1. Initiating Pre- Background verification checks  

2. Highlighting discrepancies to stakeholders  

3. reinitiating cases with additional documents 

4. Adjudication Approvals from right authorities in case of various
discrepancies 

5. updating the stakeholders on the progress of check initiated 

6. Providing reports with the updated status. 
 

2. Background Verification 

1. Managing documents verification & Joining Formalities. 

2. Supporting candidates for on boarding process(TAZ updating and Joining
Statutory forms) to close the on boarding on time. 

3. Responsible for documents validation on TAZ 

4. Looking after Background verification (BGV) process (Initiation to
Completion Complete BVC cycle) 

5. Account Background Verification (Initiation to Completion Complete BVC
cycle) 

6. Red & Amber Management 

7. Panel Management 

8. Coordinating in Internal and External Audit from BGV standpoint 

9. Bulk BGV for existing associates. 

10. Invoicing Process 

11. Vendor Management 

12. Stakeholder Management 

 

3.  On-boarding Process 

1. Initiating & timely completion of joining formalities for new employee 

2. Ensuring the release of all employment related contracts & letters 

3. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics on policy &
process 

4. Plan and facilitate all engagement sessions to Engage & Energize with the
new hires 

5. Maintain HR systems with changes 

6. People’s Manager i.e. managing the team & leading the onboarding process PAN
India 

7. To support the develop trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new
technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Any
other duties that come under scope of HRSS 

8. Coordinate with internal departments for any kind of support required for
servicing the client successfully. 

 

4. Employee Movement & Transfer process 

1. Initiating deputation and repatriation process within said timeframe 

2. Issuing letters of Deputation/Transfer 

3. HRMS Updation and management 

4. Clearance tracking and notifications 

 

5. Personnel File & Document Management 

1. Maintaining personnel file of employees 

2. Updating Employee File Management Data 

 

6. Employee Query Management 

1. Reverts to various query raised by employee & Stakeholders 

2. Query Management tracking report 

 

7. Audit Management 

1. Collating & verifying audit details 

2. Front end audit responsibility 

3. Timely submission of audit requirement 

 

8. Transformation through Digitalization & automation  

Qualifications & Experience: 

* Should hold an MBA in HR  

* +5-8 Yrs years of India HR Experience 

* Oral & written communication  

* Ability to express oneself 

* Interpersonal skills 

* Team player 

* Should be assertive and candid in communication 

* Analytical and problem-solving skills
