Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the consumer lending portfolio Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand the consumer lending customer base Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of consumer lending solutions Monitor and report on the performance of the consumer lending portfolio, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement Represent the bank in industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build relationships and showcase the bank's consumer lending capabilities Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the financial services industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and implementing business development strategies Familiarity with the consumer lending landscape and industry trends Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functions Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
