What will you do at Fynd?

Own and execute a data-driven social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth
Create a monthly social media calendar and stick by it
Create and publish high-quality, platform-specific content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube
Build and nurture an active online community by engaging with users, responding to comments, and driving conversations
Leverage social media along with sales navigator for lead generation
Experiment with new formats, trends, and growth tactics to continuously improve reach and engagement
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media best practices
Collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling

Qualifications

Some specific requirements

4-7 years of experience in social media management (preferably in SaaS, startups, or growth marketing environments)
Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with social media tools, publishing platforms, and analytics dashboards
Solid understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and audience behavior
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience leading campaigns or teams
Proven track record of scaling social channels or driving measurable growth

Skills

Strong storytelling and content creation mindset with an eye for visuals and trends
Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
Interest in startups, technology, and digital marketing ecosystems
