Software Development Engineers are entry/mid-level professionals that design,
build, develop and deploy software applications, tools, platforms and services
that enable current and future needs of our customers. A Software Development
Engineer may assist their colleagues and more junior Software Development
Engineer team members by solving problems, providing technical guidance,
training and mentoring others. Exceptional attention to detail, strong
analytical skills, excellent communication skills, an innovative mindset, the
ability to solve complex problems and deep technical ability in software
development programming within an agile environment will be key for success.
About the Role: We are looking for a Software Development Engineer with 2–5
years of experience to build and enhance scalable applications using .NET,
Azure, and microservices architecture. You will work on a single product or
contribute to moderately complex projects, translating business requirements
into technical solutions. In this role, you will develop and maintain
high-quality code, participate in agile ceremonies, and collaborate with
cross-functional teams. You’ll follow best practices (SOLID principles, design
patterns), contribute to code reviews, resolve defects, and support production
systems when needed. Additionally, you’ll help improve processes, provide effort
estimates, and ensure proper documentation for maintainability and support About
You You are a motivated developer with hands-on experience in .NET technologies,
Azure cloud services, and microservices-based architecture. You have a good
understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and software development
best practices. .Net, Azure, React, Microservice, SOLID, design patterns, AI
(machine learning, Generative AI) You can interpret business requirements, write
clean and efficient code, and troubleshoot issues using structured
problem-solving approaches. You actively participate in team discussions,
collaborate effectively, and are open to feedback and continuous learning.
Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI concepts is a plus. You are detail-oriented,
adaptable, and capable of working with moderate guidance while contributing
