As an Innovation Project Manager within the ISPACS team, you will drive multi-disciplinary projects from concept to delivery—balancing speed, quality, and business impact. You will be responsible for: Lead end-to-end innovation projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality targets. Take full ownership of project execution - planning, execution, delivery and monitoring results with minimal supervision. Support lifecycle governance and milestone readiness, ensuring alignment with organizational processes. Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions, ensuring strong customer centricity throughout the project lifecycle. Build and influence strong stakeholder networks across functions, aligning teams and driving decisions. Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization, tailoring messaging to different audiences, and ensuring transparency on progress, risks, decisions and requests. Drive decision-making by providing clear recommendations based on data, risks, and business priorities. Deliver measurable business impact through innovative solutions, product enhancements, and process improvements. Lead complex initiatives within larger programs, coordinating cross-functional team activities and dependencies. Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues proactively, using sound judgment and creative problem-solving. Escalate critical risks and issues in a timely manner to ensure informed decision-making. Apply advanced project management methodologies and practices, including planning, estimation, and risk mitigation. Foster a high-performing, inclusive team environment—motivating individuals and leveraging their strengths. Ensure compliance with the business Quality Management System (QMS) and organizational governance standards while maintaining execution agility. Drive continuous improvement in both project delivery and team effectiveness. Capture and scale knowledge by documenting lessons learned and best practices. What You Bring: Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end New Product Introduction (NPI) and Maintenance Lifecycle Development (MLD) projects, including MLD change activities, across the full product lifecycle. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive complex projects. Experience working in cross-functional environments and aligning diverse stakeholders. Ability to connect execution with business impact and customer value. Leverage AI and digital tools to automate routine tasks, enhance decision-making, and improve efficiency in project delivery.
