QA Lead
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Automation Testing using Playwright along with Java or Python. The candidate should have hands-on technical exposure in designing and implementing automation frameworks, leading QA teams, and driving end-to-end quality assurance activities across projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the QA team for automation and manual testing activities.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright.
Write and execute automated test scripts using Java or Python.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
Define test strategies, test plans, and quality standards.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Review test cases, automation scripts, and testing deliverables.
Track defects, manage bug lifecycle, and ensure timely resolution.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide QA leadership across projects.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience
Strong experience in Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience with Playwright automation framework.
Strong programming knowledge in Java or Python.
Experience in framework design and implementation.
Good understanding of API testing and web application testing.
Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Team handling and stakeholder management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leading QA teams and managing multiple projects.
Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools.
Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
Experience
7+ years of experience in QA and Automation Testing.
Prior experience as a QA Lead or Team Lead
