What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the architecture, design,
and delivery of mission‑critical, enterprise‑scale platforms that power global
customer support, remediation, and intelligence workflows. You will operate at
the intersection of modern cloud-native engineering, security-by-design, and
AI‑enabled systems, working across product, security, operations, and executive
stakeholders to build resilient, scalable solutions.

You will shape technical strategy, mentor senior engineers, and drive innovation
across microservices, AI agent platforms, and secure enterprise applications,
directly impacting customer experience and operational excellence.

You will:

* Architect and lead the design and implementation of large‑scale, distributed,
cloud-native platforms using modern .NET, microservices, event-driven
architectures, and RESTful APIs 

* Drive technical strategy and standards across full‑stack systems, ensuring
scalability, resiliency, performance, and long-term maintainability 

* Lead AI-enabled platform development, including Agentic AI workflows,
planner/execution agents, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation embedded
into enterprise systems 

* Own security-by-design initiatives, partnering with security teams to lead
threat modeling, SDL practices, vulnerability remediation, audits, and secure
release approvals 

* Mentor and influence senior engineers and architects, providing design
guidance, code reviews, proof-of-concepts, and technical leadership across
multiple teams

Essential Requirements

* 20+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including
significant time in senior/principal engineering or architecture roles within
large enterprises. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related technical discipline 

* Deep expertise in .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET, WebAPI, Microservices, Entity
Framework) across multiple framework generations, including modern .NET
(6/8+) 

* Proven experience designing and delivering distributed systems using
microservices, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architectures, and
scalable data platforms 

* Strong hands-on experience with cloud and hybrid environments (Azure and/or
on‑prem enterprise cloud platforms). Demonstrated leadership in security
engineering, including SDL practices, threat modeling, vulnerability
management, and participation in internal or third‑party security audits.
Extensive experience with databases and data platforms (SQL Server,
PostgreSQL, Oracle, Elastic/Logging stacks) 

* Advanced understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery,
CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and production operations. Excellent
communication skills, with the ability to influence across engineering,
product, security, and leadership stakeholders

Desirable Requirements

* Experience designing or implementing AI‑driven systems, including agent-based
architectures, RAG pipelines, copilots, or intelligent automation platforms 

* Background in customer support, remediation platforms, diagnostics, or
self‑healing systems at enterprise scale
