Key Responsibilities
Manual and functional testing of capital market and wealth management applications such as Wealth Spectrum, Miles Software, Finacle WMS, Valuefy, Intellect, or similar platforms.
Analyze business workflows across Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds (Fixed Income), and Insurance to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
Validate client and RM portals including dashboards, reports, portfolio analytics, and transaction summaries.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases, report defects, and track resolution using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, QC, or similar).
Ensure traceability between requirements, test scenarios, test cases, and defects for complete coverage.
Participate actively in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Data Migration Testing.
Provide post-go-live support for production tickets, change requests, and enhancements.
Apply domain expertise in portfolio reconciliation, transaction validation, NAV checks, and compliance reporting.
Contribute to test documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing within the QA team.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of testing cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–8 years of experience into software testing with respect to capital market domain
Strong understanding of wealth management products — Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Bonds, etc.
Hands-on experience with software testing concepts, defect lifecycle, and test management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with a focus on quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with wealth management tools such as Wealth Spectrum, Miles Software, Finacle WMS, or similar.
Knowledge of STLC, manual testing methodologies, and exposure to automation frameworks is a plus.
Awareness of financial regulations such as SEBI, RBI, FATCA, and other compliance requirements.
Experience in testing capital market workflows including order management, trade settlement, and reporting.
