We are expanding our regional presence and seeking driven sales professionals to accelerate our growth in West and South India.

Role Purpose

As a SAP S/4HANA solution partner , you will own new business acquisition in your respective region — building and managing a pipeline of mid-to-large enterprise opportunities, positioning Embee as the preferred SAP implementation partner, and closing deals end-to-end in coordination with the pre-sales and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pipeline

Identify, prospect, and engage mid-to-large enterprise accounts within the assigned region
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with consistent coverage ratio
Drive lead generation through networking, events, referrals, and inbound channels
Map stakeholders across CXO, Finance, IT, and Operations functions in target accounts

Sales Execution

Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure
Develop compelling proposals and presentations in collaboration with pre-sales
Lead RFP / RFQ responses and coordinate with technical teams for solution design
Negotiate commercial terms and bring deals to closure within agreed timelines

Account & Stakeholder Management

Build long-term relationships with key accounts and channel partners in the region
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Represent Embee at industry events, SAP partner forums, and customer meetings

Reporting & Collaboration

Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts in CRM
Collaborate closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure customer success
Provide regular updates on deal status, competitive landscape, and market intelligence

Required Profile

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
3–6 years of B2B enterprise software / ERP sales experience
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Prior experience in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP ecosystems preferred

Skills & Competencies

Strong consultative selling skills with ability to engage at CXO level
Excellent understanding of ERP business value across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Preferred Industry Exposure

Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, Distribution, or FMCG verticals
Existing network of CXO / IT decision-maker contacts in West or South India
