Solutions Architect

Looking for a highly experienced Lead Solution Architect cum Sr. TPM to lead Time & Attendance implementations across APAC and EMEA. This is a critical, high-visibility role where you will act as the single point of contact and Global Time & Attendance Lead, driving end-to-end delivery across multiple countries.

What You’ll Do
• Act as the global lead for Time & Attendance implementations across regions
• Serve as the single point of contact for business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Drive solution architecture, design, and implementation for complex, multi-country rollouts
• Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions
• Lead workshops, solution discussions, and design decisions with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with country-specific labour laws and policies
• Configure and guide implementation of complex pay rules and time policies
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integrations
• Oversee delivery lifecycle including design, build, testing, and go-live

We’re Looking For
✔ Strong experience as a Solution Architect / TPM in Workforce Management
✔ Deep expertise in Time & Attendance concepts and policy design
✔ Proven experience implementing solutions like Kronos or WorkForce Software across multiple countries
✔ Strong understanding of country-specific labour laws across APAC and EMEA
✔ Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
✔ Ability to lead discussions, challenge requirements, and shape scalable solutions

This role is ideal for someone who can combine functional expertise with program leadership, and is comfortable owning both solution design and delivery accountability.
