5-8 years experienced person responsible for designing, developing and managing customer communication solutions using Opentext Exstream v16.3 and above

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

CCM architecture and document composition

Batch and on‑demand document processing

Performance tuning and troubleshooting

Good to Have

Bash / Shell scripting, Python
