TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice What We'll Bring: The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations will be a core member of the International Sales Center of Excellence (CoE), supporting all International Regions with high impact analytics, reporting and insights. This role is designed for an exceptionally strong individual contributor who combines advanced Excel and analytical modeling expertise with deep experience in seller quota, pipeline, revenue and commission performance. This position plays a mission critical role in the International revenue rhythm, owning several high stakes monthly Excel based reports used by senior sales and operations leaders to assess pipeline health, revenue performance, quota attainment and execution risks. Absolute accuracy, mathematical rigor and accountability are non negotiable. What You'll Bring: Key Responsibilities International Revenue, Pipeline & Performance Analytics Serve as a key analytics partner to International Sales leadership and regional Operations teams. Own pipeline, bookings, revenue and attainment analysis across multiple International regions, ensuring consistency and accuracy across geographies. Deliver clear, actionable insights into regional performance trends, risks and gaps versus targets. Apply strong analytical judgment to interpret regional nuances. Critical Monthly Excel Reporting (End‑to‑End Ownership) Own the creation, maintenance and delivery of several critical monthly Excel reports covering: Pipeline performance, health and coverage Revenue performance Seller‑level quota and attainment Regional rollups and leadership views Build highly advanced, audit‑ready Excel models with: Complex formulas, scenario logic and automation Clear documentation and error‑checking Precise reconciliation to Salesforce and Finance numbers Ensure all reports are mathematically sound, fully validated and execution‑ready before distribution. Proactively identify data issues, inconsistencies or risks and resolve them ahead of leadership reviews. Quota, Seller Productivity & Commission Analysis Perform deep‑dive analysis on seller quota, ramp, attainment, productivity and commission impacts. Partner closely with Sales Operations and Finance to validate: Quota logic and allocations Attainment calculations Commission assumptions, thresholds and payout implications Identify structural insights around over‑/under‑performance and execution effectiveness across regions. Power BI & Executive‑Level Insights Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that complement Excel deliverables and provide leadership visibility into: Revenue performance Pipeline trends Seller and regional execution Convert complex data into clear, concise narratives suitable for Senior Lead, VP, EVP and CRO audiences. Ensure metrics are clearly defined, consistent and trusted across stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Analytics, Sales Analytics or Sales Operations. Expert‑level Microsoft Excel skills, including complex modeling and large‑scale analysis. Proven experience with: Seller quota and attainment analysis Pipeline and revenue reporting Commission or incentive performance analysis Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM. Experience designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards. Strong mathematical and analytical foundation with exceptional attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline. Nice‑to‑Have Experience supporting International or multi‑region sales organizations. Prior exposure to compensation planning or incentive design. Experience working within a Sales CoE or centralized analytics function. Comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
