Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Executive Field Sales role based in Ludhiana. The Sr. Executive Field Sales professional will identify, visit, and onboard new business partners, demonstrating Justdial’s solutions and explaining the value proposition for local businesses. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring timely documentation and onboarding. The person in this role will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide after-sales support, and work to increase retention and upsell opportunities. Daily activities include territory planning, meeting sales targets, gathering market intelligence, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Qualifications

Proven field sales experience in B2B or local business acquisition, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and activity targets.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to address objections and communicate value clearly.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages, with confident in-person presentation abilities.
Good territory management, time management, and organizational skills to plan daily visits, manage pipelines, and prioritize opportunities.
Comfort with using mobile apps, CRM tools, and basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and tracking sales activities.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering a positive experience for business partners.
Ability to work independently in the field, adapt to changing market conditions, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Preferred educational background: bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
Experience in local search, internet services, advertising, SaaS, or SME-focused solutions is an added benefit.
