Strategic Engagement & Solutions Management Role Summary This role helps turn
complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decisions
across the organization. Based in Chennai, India, this is a hybrid position that
combines collaborative in-office work with flexibility. The Senior Research
Associate will conduct extraction and analysis of data, identify patterns and
insights, and support stakeholder needs through structured research and
reporting. This position will report to the Operations Manager. Team Summary The
Strategic Engagement & Solutions Management team focuses on supporting business
decisions through research, analysis, and insight generation. The team partners
with internal stakeholders to evaluate information, identify opportunities, and
support operational and strategic initiatives. Essential Job Responsibilities
Extract data from internal systems and source files to support research and
analysis requests. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends,
patterns, and key business insights. Develop concise summaries, reports, and
presentations that translate findings into actionable recommendations. Partner
with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business questions and define
analysis needs.Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before
sharing results. Interpret business performance metrics and operational
information to support strategic engagement initiatives.Support ongoing research
efforts by building repeatable analysis approaches and maintaining organized
documentation. Apply AI-enabled tools where available to streamline data review,
improve productivity, and support faster insight generation while using human
judgment to confirm accuracy and relevance.Track requests, deliverables, and
outcomes to ensure timely and reliable support for business needs. Additional
Job Responsibilities Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as
needed.Collaborate with team members to improve reporting processes and analysis
methods. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to data handling
and insight delivery.Maintain working knowledge of relevant business processes
and reporting practices. Help prepare materials for internal discussions,
reviews, and presentations.Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements
and priorities. Support knowledge-sharing within the team through documentation
and process notes. Expected Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or
equivalent practical experience. 4 to 7 years of experience in research,
analytics, reporting, business analysis, or a related role. Experience with data
extraction, in-depth analysis, and insight generation. Proficiency in SQL for
querying, validating, and analyzing data. Experience working with structured
datasets and turning findings into clear recommendations.Ability to communicate
analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a business or operations
environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work
