THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Solution Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end implementation
delivery for enterprise customers.
You’ll:
* Own delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget,
and aligned to customer outcomes
* Lead and guide implementation teams across moderate to complex global
projects
* Monitor project quality, financials, risks, and performance
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery
* Manage project plans and multi-project execution simultaneously
* Leverage your experience in SaaS/ERP/Order-to-Revenue systems to drive
immediate impact
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-project, high-impact
environment, combining strong delivery leadership with proactive risk
management.
ABOUT YOU
* Overall 10+ years of enterprise software experience, with at-least 5+ years
as a program/project manager
* In-depth knowledge of and experience implementing enterprise software
applications, such as ERP, CRM or SCM, across a range of customers, from SMB
to Fortune 500.
* Previous experience with subscription billing and/or revenue implementation
projects is a strong plus.
* Experience with SaaS-based implementation is very strongly desirable
* Strong client service and/or management consulting experience
* Strong ability to manage implementation financials, recognising the
importance of both budget management and services revenue management
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent engagements
* Successful candidates must have strong communication and problem-solving
skills with strong customer focus with a results-outcome orientation
* Executive presence and comfort. You have experience and are comfortable with
C-level communication.
* Comfortable working with and managing ambiguity and uncertainty.
* Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse
stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large
enterprises on both technical and business solution topics
* Have developed domain industry or business process skills
* Demonstrated experience leading teams of architects, consultants, and
developers
* Demonstrated experience Drives adoption through achieving business goals and
innovation
* Demonstrated experience working with a cross-functional and geographically
dispersed team
Technology experience or awareness in the following:
* ERP, CRM, accounting/revenue systems, provisioning systems
* Billing, payment and revenue systems
* SaaS-based subscription management systems experience a strong-plus
* SaaS based software implementation
* Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST
* PMI Certification is a plus
TRAVEL NEEDS: POTENTIAL FOR UP TO 50% OF THE TIME (INCLUDING POSSIBLE
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL).

implementations of enterprise SaaS solutions across global regions. The team
works on complex, multi-project environments, ensuring high standards of
quality, performance, and customer outcomes.
Operating in a fast-paced, client-facing setting, the team collaborates closely
with cross-functional stakeholders while leveraging technologies like Java,
Microservices, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform to deliver scalable, modern
solutions.
