Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

Total Experience 4+ years
Strong experience in Workday HCM Functional Consulting
Strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration and business process management
Expertise in Talent and Performance modules
Strong understanding of HR business processes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Leadership skills with experience mentoring team members
Experience working in Agile environments

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and support Workday HCM modules, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Ensure Workday configurations align with business processes and organizational needs
Provide expertise in Talent and Performance modules, including issue resolution and enhancements
Stay updated with the latest Workday features, trends, and best practices
Develop and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, test plans, and user guides
Ensure timely and quality delivery of Workday solutions within project timelines and budgets
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively
Communicate technical/functional concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior team members
Collaborate with IT leadership to align Workday solutions with overall IT strategy
Support Agile project delivery and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
