team. As a Supplier Quality Lifecycle Specialist, you will manage supplier
lifecycle, vendor change notification (VCN), and supplier complaint activities
across global suppliers supporting Lonza operations. In this role, you will
collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure supplier qualification
processes, systems, and documentation remain compliant with global quality
standards and regulatory expectations while supporting supply continuity and

Benefits. What you will do • Manage supplier lifecycle activities including
supplier onboarding, changes, offboarding, Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs),
and supplier complaint workflows for global suppliers. • Triage supplier-related
requests and coordinate with global and local stakeholders to ensure timely
assessment, resolution, and closure of activities. • Apply analytical and
technical judgment to determine supplier qualification actions, quality
agreement updates, and TrackWise record changes based on supplier history and
audit outcomes. • Ensure end-to-end tracking and timely completion of supplier
lifecycle, VCN, and complaint activities in accordance with defined timelines
and quality standards. • Maintain compliance with company SOPs, cGMP/cGDP
requirements, FDA regulations, and applicable ISO standards while ensuring data
integrity across systems. • Manage and maintain supplier quality systems and
tools including SAP, TrackWise, and Document Management Systems (DMS) to support
efficient global operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
support KPI reporting, process improvements, and continuous enhancement of
supplier qualification activities. What we are looking for • Bachelor’s degree
in Life Sciences or a related discipline. • 5 - 10 years of experience in
Supplier Qualification and Supplier Monitoring within a regulated industry. •
Good understanding of cGMP/cGDP requirements and ISO standards related to
supplier qualification and supplier quality management. • Hands-on experience
managing supplier lifecycle activities, supplier monitoring, VCNs, or supplier
complaints. • Experience with systems such as SAP, TrackWise, and Document
Management Systems is preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
risk-based decision-making skills with the ability to work independently in a
global environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
with fluency in written and spoken English; German language capability is an
