a Supplier Quality Professional, you will manage global supplier quality
processes including Vendor Change Notifications, Supplier Quality Agreements,
supplier complaints, and Vendor Supply Chain Integrity activities. In this role,
you will collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure supplier quality
compliance, supply chain continuity, and alignment with global regulatory and
quality standards while supporting operational excellence across the Lonza

end-to-end supplier quality processes including Vendor Change Notifications,
Supplier Quality Agreements, supplier complaints, and Vendor Supply Chain
Integrity activities to ensure timely and compliant execution. • Review, assess,
and process supplier quality records and supply chain documentation to support
material, service, and equipment qualification across the Lonza network. • Apply
analytical and technical judgment to evaluate supplier requests, identify
quality and operational risks, and determine appropriate actions to maintain
compliance and supply continuity. • Coordinate cross-functional impact
assessments with stakeholders including MSAT, QC, Manufacturing, Planning, and
Procurement to ensure risks and required actions are effectively managed. •
Maintain compliant supplier documentation, data integrity, and traceability
within SAP, TrackWise, Document Management Systems and other enterprise quality
systems. • Monitor supplier quality KPIs, support inspections and audits, and
drive timely implementation of global supplier quality actions and process
improvements. • Serve as a key point of contact for supplier quality processes
by providing guidance, ensuring effective stakeholder communication, and
supporting a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What
we are looking for • University degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy,
Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline. • 2–5 years of
experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance or Supplier Qualification
within a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment. • Good
understanding of cGMP, FDA, and supplier quality requirements related to VCNs,
QAAs, supplier complaints, and supplier qualification processes. • Hands-on
experience with enterprise quality systems and tools such as SAP, TrackWise, and
Document Management Systems. • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving
skills with the ability to assess supplier risks, interpret complex supplier
data, and make sound risk-based decisions. • Strong communication and
stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across
global cross-functional teams. • Business fluent in written and spoken English
with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment. About
