V162 Blades: Supply Chain and Logistics

 

Responsibilities

1. Material Flow & Process Optimization:

* * Closely collaborate with the Factory Logistics, Local PEX , Global PEX ,
Production, Digital Solutions and other stakeholders to analyze and
optimize end-to-end internal material flow processes from inbound receiving
to delivery to the production line 
* Identify and coordinate physical configuration and system changes to
improve warehouse layout, storage utilization and picking efficiency
* Conduct root cause analysis on material flow disruptions or inefficiencies,
proposing and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence 

     2. Systems & Master Data Management: 

* * Serve as a Master user and subject matter expert for SAP HERO, SAP WM,
Apriso eKanban Material Replenish modules  
* Make sure systems are used accordingly by operators and provide first-line
support and troubleshooting for warehouse-related system issues
* Assist in the testing and implementation of new system functionalities or
upgrades

 

Qualifications

* ITI -Diploma, 10-to-15-year experience in blade manufacturing

 

Competencies

* Supporting all tasks in the process of carrying out
* Delivery of products or services or projects to ensure timely delivery
* Satisfaction Coordinating assets to optimize the delivery of goods, services
and information in both ways to balance supply and demand
