Supply Planning Manager

Candidate is expected to produce and maintains supply plans using demand forecasts, net market requirement and production schedules in consultation with Plants and Demand Planning.

He will monitor inventory positions, look for market opportunities and adjust allocations across markets to meet customer service levels while controlling stock holding costs.

Work closely & close coordination with Demand Planning, Business Development, Manufacturing plants and logistics, Supply Planner must ensure to resolves supply constraints and ensure supplies to meet the critical demand for different markets of EU, Prioritise Make to Order business by ensuring Zero Back order with additional opportunity to enhance quarterly sales number.
To coordinate with market to club demand to match the batch size, minimize R vs C and C vs A gap and maximize sales.

Supply Planner will support new product launches, Lead Demand / Supply meetings and lead regional S&OPs.

Prepare consolidated demand (Requirement) plan inline with market requirements for MTS and MTO business. Ensure planning well in advance to take care of the additional time required for batch release in EU market.
Generate supply plan aligned to demand forecasts and lead discussion on R vs C gap. Ensure pulling MTO POs to enhance sales and revenue.
Prepare Forecast Sufficiency file to Monitor in market inventory levels with the 3 months’ supply plan and trigger replenishment to maintain target service levels and inventory coverages. Analyse actual supply and minimize miss against commitments.
Work with manufacturing plant to allocate capacity and schedule manufacturing and quality releases to meet demand.
Support new product introductions with initial stocking plans and ramp-up schedules.
Develop and implement process improvements to reduce R vs C and C vs A gap.
