About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organisation’s hiring goals. The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
● Understand hiring requirements in detail by coordinating with hiring managers.
● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
● Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidate fit.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
● Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
● Negotiate compensation and support in offer management and documentation.
● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
● Ensure adherence to TATs and hiring targets.
Requirements:
● 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment for Non-Tech roles
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
● Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
● Proactive, organised, and result-oriented approach.
