Key Responsibilities:

ORC (Oracle Recruitment Cloud) Optimization & Process Excellence

Act as the functional owner of Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC), driving adoption, optimization, and continuous enhancement.
Design and refine end-to-end recruitment workflows within ORC to improve efficiency, transparency, and candidate experience.
Identify system gaps, recommend enhancements, and partner with HRIS/IT teams for implementation.
Lead automation initiatives within ORC (offer management, approvals, workflows, dashboards).
Ensure data integrity, system governance, and best practices in ORC usage.

Talent Acquisition CoE Development

Build and institutionalize a centralized TA CoE to standardize processes, policies, and practices.
Develop SOPs, playbooks, and frameworks aligned with ORC capabilities.
Benchmark TA processes and introduce best-in-class hiring practices and digital transformation initiatives.
Enable scalability of hiring across business units through standardized and tech-enabled models.

Strategy & Decision Support

Support leadership with data-driven insights from ORC dashboards and analytics.
Drive workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and pipeline strategies using system-generated insights.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on strategic talent acquisition decisions.
Provide actionable insights on funnel metrics, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring trends.

Process Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, audit requirements, and regulatory norms through system-enabled controls.
Embed compliance checks within ORC workflows (approvals, documentation, audit trails.)
Drive recruitment audits and ensure 100% compliance across all hiring stages.
Mitigate risks through strong governance frameworks and system validations.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Collaborate with business HR, hiring managers, and leadership to align TA objectives with business needs.
Manage external vendors (consultants, agencies) through structured processes integrated with ORC.
Evaluate vendor performance based on defined SLAs, quality, and cost metrics.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

Develop and maintain ORC-based dashboards and reports for key hiring metrics (TAT, QoH, cost, funnel conversion).
Drive data accuracy and consistency across reports and leadership dashboards.
Enable predictive analytics and insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Candidate Experience & Digital Transformation

Enhance candidate journey through ORC-enabled workflows and communication touchpoints.
Introduce digital hiring solutions (AI screening, assessments, virtual hiring) integrated with ORC.
Standardise communication templates and candidate engagement models.

Job Requirements:

3-8 years of experience in a similar HR role within Banking, IT Services or similar industries.
Strong understanding of HR implementation, policy design, process compliance, process improvements, processing, project management principles.
Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different locations
