The incumbent will be required to drive large-scale, end-to-end recruitment campaigns to meet urgent, high-volume workforce requirements. Your primary goal is to attract, screen, and onboard a large number of candidates within highly compressed timeframes.

Mass Sourcing: Utilize job boards (e.g., Naukri or LinkedIn), social media, and employee referral programs to build a massive talent pipeline.
High-Volume Screening: Execute rapid initial screening and organize walk-in drives, assessment centers, or virtual hiring events.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand exact role specifications and align on daily/weekly hiring targets.
Candidate Experience: Ensure clear, fast communication with all applicants to maintain high engagement and reduce candidate drop-off rates.
Offer & Onboarding: Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and bulk document processing with candidates and HR operations
