What makes the role meaty?
Be a part of the end-to-end hiring journey - from sourcing talent to coordinating interviews and delivering a great candidate experience
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help drive critical roles to closure
Learn how to identify and engage top talent across platforms and talent pools
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines with timely follow-ups and clear communication
Support resume screening and shortlisting while building an eye for strong talent
Gain exposure to stakeholder management by working with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
Work in a high-energy environment where your ideas, ownership, and execution truly matter

We hope that you are have
An eagerness to build a career in Talent Acquisition
Prior internship/project experience in recruitment, however, it is not mandatory
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
A self-starter mindset with curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail
Comfort working with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and other productivity platforms
A strong focus on creating a great candidate experience
Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office, 5 days a week
Availability for a 6-month internship, with the possibility of conversion based on performance
