A Minimum of 3+ years' work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting.

About the Role

Expertise in Underwriting – Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital.

Responsibilities

Leading a team of US mortgage Live underwriting (on paper)
Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios.
Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction.
Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac).
Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection.
Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly.
Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy.
Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience as Team lead in US Mortgage Live underwriting/Post close underwriting. Other domain experience is not eligible.

Education details: Any Graduate
