Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Test Engineer with strong expertise in Advantest V93000 (93K) platforms. The candidate will lead test program development, debug, and production release while driving quality, coverage, and efficiency across semiconductor testing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead test program development, debug, and release on Advantest 93K using SmarTest 7 (C++) / SmarTest 8 (Java)
Drive test solutions across domains such as:
Digital (ATPG / SCAN)
Memory (MBIST, BIRA, BISR)
HSIO (PCIe, DDR, HBM, Ethernet, USB)
Analog / Mixed-Signal (PLL, LDO, ADC/DAC, Sensors)
Support post-silicon bring-up, characterization, and production ramp
Perform debug and root cause analysis at wafer sort and final test stages
Optimize test time and yield
Lead test plan reviews to ensure test coverage and quality
Mentor and guide junior engineers
Collaborate with Design, DFT, Validation, and Customer teams
Support SmarTest 7 to SmarTest 8 conversion and correlation activities
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
