Job Description
Your mission at IntegriChain
To help ensure success of high quality and on time delivery of rebate claims processing for
IntegriChain’s Managed Services Customers.

What this role entails
Process and analyze within multiple business areas per the business area SLAs
Ensure that all business area SLAs and quality expectations are met
Escalate all business areas issues accordingly and resolve appropriately
Oversight of 6-8 analyst level resources
Maintain and enhance the team’s knowledge within the business areas detailed responsibilities
Understand and ensure team’s compliance of company and departments business processes and policies
Assist analysts with validation and troubleshooting system issues
Support onboarding and training of team members
Provide status updates, reporting and analysis as required
Support system testing
Support ad hoc projects

What success looks like in this role
Chargebacks and Rebate are delivered on time and are of high quality
Team is engaged in their roles and department success
Strong communication with their direct manager on both wins and challenges within team
Partners with other team leads to support department processes and policies

What you’ll need to thrive in this role
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, along with strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills
Ability to adapt to change
Ability to coach and guide others and provide constructive feedback to help individuals develop
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technical teams
Advanced skill in Microsoft Office applications (2010 or greater) specifically Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Qualifications
At least seven (7) years of progressive experience as a Senior Analyst/Supervisor or similar role supporting business applications and processes and managing teams
Previous experience with Chargebacks, DSA, GPO Rebate/Fees, deduction support, Membership management, Managed Care Rebates, Formulary Validation, Medicaid Rebates, Government Pricing.
Experience with ICyte, Model N(Flex) or Model N(Powered by N) is strongly preferred
