Team Leader - Health Insurance Sales

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our growing team!

Key Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in sales team handling in call centre environment ( preferably health insurance)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Graduation is mandatory
• Strong project handling, operational management and team managemen, sales operations skills
• Ability to drive sales revenue and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual team targets

Role Details:
• Location: Indore
• Work Days: 5 days working
• Salary: Up to ₹7.5 LPA (fixed) + attractive variable components
