JD – Team Leader (International Expert) – DRIP (Dam Rehabilitation Project) Role Summary: Team Leader (International Expert) will lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary consultancy/PMC team for Dam Rehabilitation & Improvement Project (DRIP), focusing on dam safety, planning, and design aspects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multi-disciplinary experts for dam rehabilitation and dam safety works. Provide technical guidance on dam planning, design review, and safety assessments. Coordinate with Client, authorities, and stakeholders for smooth project execution. Ensure timely delivery of reports, designs, and consultancy outputs as per project requirements. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Master’s in Engineering/Management (preferred). Experience: Minimum 20 years’ experience in water resources projects with strong expertise in dam safety, dam planning, and design. Proven experience in leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
