Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures
Undertake regular internal audits of the QMS
Ensure corrective actions are planned to address non conformities found
Manage the audit nonconformity data base
Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities
Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (ISO9001 : 2015)
Produce written reports and make MRM presentations data
Undertake continuous training and development for QMS
Identify QMS improvement opportunities within the organization
Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
Identify QMS risk and opportunity
Responsible for execution of internal audit
Prepare new FW, WI, QD, SOP, OPL to reduce product & process potential risk

Competency (Candidate Profile)

Education Required: Diploma or BE Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required: minimum 3 to 5 years experience in QMS / Quality Assurance Function.
Skills Required:
Shall have faced Third party audit.
Good analytical, Escalation & Communication Skills
Shall have exposure of CFT handling
Knowledge QMS standards
Good Training skills on QMS
Certified with ISO 9001 : 2015 Internal Auditor
