Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on the Document
Ingestion Process related to policy submissions. In this role, you will analyse
data from multiple sources to extract meaningful insights, support the Product
Owner in implementing enhancements, and document requirements in Jira. The ideal
candidate will possess robust analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail,
and excellent communication abilities to convey findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis:
* Analyse policy submission documents to identify patterns and insights that
can enhance straight-through processing (STP).
* Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings
in a clear, impactful manner.
2. Support Product Development:
* Work closely with the Product Owner to ascertain enhancement requirements
and translate them into data-driven recommendations.
* Contribute to product discovery and validation processes by providing
actionable insights based on thorough data analysis.
3. Requirements Documentation:
* Write clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories and requirements in
Jira to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs and overall product
vision.
* Maintain documentation standards that facilitate readability and
comprehension for all stakeholders.
4. Collaboration:
* Partner with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to foster
data-driven decision-making.
* Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile
ceremonies to enhance team dynamics and workflow.
5. Continuous Improvement:
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, adjusting based on
data-driven feedback to ensure continuous enhancement of processes.
