Technical Lead

Lead AI Engineer | Hyderabad (Hybrid)

MediaMint is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to drive the implementation of AI-powered automation solutions from discovery through production scale. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on architecting, building, deploying, and scaling agentic AI workflows for global clients.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects from process discovery to production deployment
Architect AI agent workflows using MediaMint AI’s modular agent stack
Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and automation systems using Python
Work with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI
Integrate OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, REST APIs, and third-party platforms
Lead a team of implementation engineers, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor technical teams
Partner directly with clients to translate business requirements into scalable engineering solutions
Establish production readiness through dashboards, SLIs/SLOs, runbooks, and support processes

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of software engineering experience with AI/automation implementation expertise
2+ years of technical leadership experience
Strong Python backend development skills and API integration experience
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered systems and AI agent workflows
Knowledge of LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI API, and Azure OpenAI
Strong debugging and production troubleshooting capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or Revenue Operations
Exposure to Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Salesforce, Jira, or Zendesk
Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with AI quality frameworks, guardrails, and red-teaming practices

Budget for the role : Upto INR.50L per annum
