TECHNICAL MANAGER - Project Management

Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)About the Role
The Product Delivery & Success team drives end-to-end execution across core digital transformation priorities by collaborating across functions to accelerate enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
A key focus of the delivery team is to provide governance, structure, and oversight through Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and Scrum Masters for major transformation programs.
The TPM role is both hands-on and leadership-focused, responsible for delivering excellence while managing and coaching a team of Scrum Masters.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program management across multiple cross-functional initiatives (from concept to delivery of tested prototypes).
Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and design teams to define scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Lead and mentor Scrum Masters on delivery frameworks, DevSecOps practices, and tools.
Identify and resolve technical, procedural, legal, and logistical challenges with effective mitigation strategies.
Manage stakeholder communication, including senior leadership updates, workshops, and governance meetings.
Balance strategic priorities and execution, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business goals.
Oversee multiple technical programs simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Apply technical expertise in:
Object-oriented modeling
APIs & web services
Middleware
Databases & data systems
Champion Agile methodologies and drive continuous improvement across teams.
Track program health, risks, issues, and ensure transparent reporting.
Required Experience & Skills
3–5+ years of experience as:
Technical Program Manager / Delivery Lead / Similar role
Proven experience delivering complex technical programs, preferably in:
Consulting / Consumer Goods / Enterprise transformation
Strong ability to:
Identify dependencies
Drive cross-team alignment
Hands-on capability to:
Work with infrastructure, integrations, datasets, and testing environments
Familiarity with modern technologies/programming (development background is a plus)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid understanding of:
SDLC
Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred)
Experience with tools like:
Azure DevOps or similar Agile project tools
Proven track record in:
Team leadership and mentoring
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✅ Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
Technical Program Management experience (3–5+ years minimum)
Strong expertise in Agile methodology (SAFe preferred)
Experience managing cross-functional, large-scale programs
Hands-on exposure to:
APIs, Web Services, Databases, Middleware
Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar Agile tools)
Strong stakeholder management (senior leadership interaction)
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
Experience in driving end-to-end program delivery
Proven team leadership & Scrum Master coaching experience
Strong understanding of SDLC processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
