Job position- Technical Recruiter ( Domestic Staffing )
Location- Hyderabad ( Kondapur)
Experience- 1-3Yrs

Roles and Responsibilities-
Must have strong 1+ year of end-to-end Domestic Technical Recruitment experience is required.
Experience of recruiting Technical Requirements
Source and screen candidates for contract-based job openings.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and collect feedback.
Negotiate pay rates, availability, and contract terms with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely closure of client requirements.
Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (Monster, LinkedIn.)
