About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in handling W2 requisitions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Job Diva and Bullhorn and working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) like Beeline and Fieldglass. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys engaging with candidates and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT and Engineering roles (e.g., .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Embedded Software engineer, etc.)
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for W2 positions, ensuring compliance and quality throughout the process.
Utilize ATS platforms like Job Diva and Bullhorn to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver top talent.
Submit candidates through VMS platforms such as Beeline and Fieldglass, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, both technically and culturally.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to proactively source niche talent.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically for W2 roles.
Proficiency in Job Diva, Bullhorn, and VMS tools like Beeline and Fieldglass.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, especially Java and related tech stacks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extroverted personality with a passion for networking and relationship-building.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with MSPs and large enterprise clients.
Familiarity with US employment laws and compliance for W2 hiring.
