Overview:
Join Xerox as a Technical Service Representative, where you will provide installation, maintenance, and repair support for Xerox and third-party office equipment and systems. In this role, you will help ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency for customer sites while delivering a high level of service and support. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to maintain equipment performance, manage supplies, and support day-to-day production needs.

What You Will Do:
Install, maintain, and repair Xerox and third-party equipment and systems
Perform routine maintenance and operational support to maximize equipment uptime
Support document production activities including printing, scanning, copying, and finishing services
Manage consumables and supplies to ensure uninterrupted customer operations
Provide customer communication, reporting, and training related to equipment functionality and status
What You Need to Succeed:
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to support hardware, software, networking products, and operating systems
Customer-focused communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple service priorities
Experience supporting equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, or field service operations preferred
