We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our global support team. If you have experience in client support, troubleshooting, and ticket management, this role is for you!

πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Provide L1/L2 technical support for customer issues via ticketing systems
β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve application/platform-related issues
β€’ Manage and handle customer escalations effectively
β€’ Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely resolution
β€’ Perform root cause analysis and improve support processes
β€’ Create and maintain knowledge base articles
β€’ Generate reports and provide insights based on customer requests

βœ… Required Skills:
β€’ 1–3 years of experience in technical support / application support / service desk
β€’ Strong experience in ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
β€’ Excellent communication and client-handling skills
β€’ Good troubleshooting and analytical abilities
β€’ Experience working with global clients

⭐ Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
β€’ Exposure to SAP / LMS / SaaS platforms
β€’ Knowledge of incident management & escalation handling
β€’ Experience in reporting (Excel, dashboards)
β€’ Understanding of Agile/DevOps concepts
