We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our global support team. If you have experience in client support, troubleshooting, and ticket management, this role is for you!
π§ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide L1/L2 technical support for customer issues via ticketing systems
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve application/platform-related issues
β’ Manage and handle customer escalations effectively
β’ Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely resolution
β’ Perform root cause analysis and improve support processes
β’ Create and maintain knowledge base articles
β’ Generate reports and provide insights based on customer requests
β
Required Skills:
β’ 1β3 years of experience in technical support / application support / service desk
β’ Strong experience in ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
β’ Excellent communication and client-handling skills
β’ Good troubleshooting and analytical abilities
β’ Experience working with global clients
β Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
β’ Exposure to SAP / LMS / SaaS platforms
β’ Knowledge of incident management & escalation handling
β’ Experience in reporting (Excel, dashboards)
β’ Understanding of Agile/DevOps concepts
